Subject:          Online lodging of grievance on the CPGRAMS (centralized Public Grievances Redress and Monitoring System)                       

Attention of the members of Trade, Industry and all concerned is invited to the available mechanism of online lodging of grievance through the CPGRAMS portal through which can also be accessed through departmental website  

2.      Centralized Public Grievance Redress & Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) was launched in June, 2007 and an updated version thereafter on 27th September, 2010, which now extends to all the Government of India Ministries/Departments. It is a web based portal and any citizen can lodge any grievance to this system from anywhere and anytime directly to the Concerned Department. The user can also give their feedback on the system. 

3.      Consequent upon the online lodging of grievance by the citizen, the same electronically reaches the Nodal Officer of the respective Organization of Government, who makes an assessment of the case and takes up with concerned formation in the organization for early settlement. The grievance gets redressed and the same is intimated to the complaint online. Every grievance is dealt with in a fair, objective and just manner.
