| Transfer Orders The Shillong Central Excise Commissionerate like any other Commissionerate has an annual transfer policy under which transfers in the various grades are effected in the interest of the organisation. The criterion for such transfers are generally based on completion of the employee's tenure in a particular location. Sometimes transfers are also effected based on representations provided such transfers are in the interest of the organisations. The various transfer orders effected in the years below are : Group ("A") Ministry's T.O. Internal Orders.
Group ("B","C","D") Internal Orders.
