Subject: Transfer, posting and adjustment in the grade of
Superintendent – order regarding.
Consequent upon Inter-Commissionerate Transfer Order No.
216/2010 dated 22nd December 2010 the following transfers and
postings in the grade of Superintendent of Shillong Central Excise

The
concerned Deputy/Assistant Commissioners are requested to issue posting
orders of the above mentioned Superintendents taking into account the
station tenure of the officers. Wherever representations are considered
for a specific station without completion of tenure, such cases will not
be eligible/entitled for TTA.
With
the issue of this order, all representations in the grade of
Superintendents stands disposed off.
This
issues with the approval of the Commissioner, Central Excise, Shillong.
