ESTABLISHMENT ORDER No. 14/2015 DATED THE 24th FEBRUARY, 2015. Subject: Transfer, Posting and Adjustment in the grade of Inspector – Order - reg Consequent upon Inter-Commissionerate Transfer Order No. 31/2015 dated 13th February, 2015 issued by the Joint Commissioner, Chief Commissioner’s Office, Central Excise, Customs & Service Tax, Shillong, the following transfer and posting in the grade of Inspector of Central Excise & Service Tax Commissionerate, Shillong are hereby ordered with immediate effect and until further orders:
The concerned Deputy/Assistant Commissioners of the Divisional Office are requested to issue posting orders of the above mentioned Inspectors taking into account the station tenure of the officers as well as Transfer Policy. Rotation / Transfer should be issued by 26-02-2015. Further, all the officers may be relieved from their present place of posting latest by 02-03-2015. The copies of option / representation are forwarded herewith to the concerned Deputy/Assistant Commissioner for necessary action. With the issue of this order, all representations and options for A.G.T. 2014-15 in the grade of Inspectors stands disposed off. This issues with the approval of the Commissioner.
