Subject : Inter-Commissionerate transfer of officers in the grade of Superintendent – order regd.

In partial modification of Establishment Order No. 19/2010 dated 21.01.2010, the following officers in the grade of Superintendent of Customs & Central Excise, Shillong Zone are adjusted after considering their representations with immediate effect and until further orders.

The concerned Commissioners of all Commissionerates of Shillong Zone are requested to issue posting orders of the above mentioned Superintendents taking into account the station tenure of the officers. Wherever representations are considered for a specific station without completion of tenure, such cases will not be eligible/entitled for TTA.

With the issue of this order, all representations of Inter-Commissionerate transfers in the grade of Superintendents stands disposed off.

This issues with the approval of the Chief Commissioner, Central Excise & Customs, Shillong Zone, Shillong.
